Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChikaD ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

ChikaD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.

3. Subscriptions

• ChikaD Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $7.99 CAD/month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or payment method at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Coordinate violence or criminal activity
• Distribute prohibited, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChikaD and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Apple Standard EULA

This App is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
